Join us to learn how to transform your lawn in to a low-maintenance, climate friendly native garden. Lucy Birkett will lead a native garden tour at her home, where she has transformed her typical suburban lawn and garden into a four-season native plant oasis, filled with herbaceous perennials, shrubs and trees that attract pollinators and birds.
Going native is one way that we can help combat the effects of climate change, increase biodiversity and reduce our dependence on fossil-fuel landscape maintenance associated with turf lawns.
