The Freeport Farmers Market is back, in a new location but with the same delightful selection of food and crafts, all locally sourced.
It looks to be a wonderful spot, with lots of shade (no wilting veggies!), benches to sit on and easy parking across the street in the Hilton Garden Inn parking lot. As you’ll see from our list below, many of last year’s vendors are coming back – Yay! – and there are lots of new vendors as well. Please check them out and see what you have to look forward to!
This year we’re pleased to be offering SNAP, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, for those who qualify – hoping to help make beautiful, healthy, locally grown food accessible to more and more people.
For the very first market, we’ll have music by Monique Barrett and entertainment with Laura and Lisa of Portland Fairy Hair! Bring your kids and yourselves to listen and sparkle!
